Brigham Young University – Idaho, BS Exercise Physiology, 2022
National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer, 2022–2024

Ben was born and raised in the East Bay Area of California and was introduced to bodywork early, training in massage therapy under the guidance of his parents from 2009–2013. His personal experience as a patient receiving physical therapy sparked a passion for the profession, particularly the lifestyle changes and movement strategies that help people stay healthy and avoid re-injury. Since then, Ben has pursued education and training that blend hands-on techniques with exercise-based care to help people feel and move better.
Ben is fluent in Spanish, having lived in Chile for two years as a missionary for his church. He enjoys photography—especially macro and portrait work—and has won awards at school and community events. Outside of the clinic, Ben loves spending time with his wife and two children, traveling to tropical destinations, and staying active through pickleball, golf, Spartan races, Hyrox competitions, triathlons, and Taekwondo, where he holds a brown belt with a black stripe.
Ben is trained in massage therapy and personal training, which complement his physical therapy practice with a strong foundation in movement and manual skills.
