I have been pain-free!

I had been suffering for about a month and a half with severe lower back pain when, thank goodness, my doctor referred me to Bridge Physical Therapy.

Within two visits the pain was well under control and after a third visit, I have been pain free. They gave me a set of stretches and exercises that have given me complete control of regaining my strength and preventing further injury.

I am so glad that I found Bridge Physical Therapy after a couple recent foot surgeries! Everyone here was so kind, and I was able to have everything resolved in just a few appointments. They were also beyond helpful with billing and making sure everything was just right for the insurance that we have.

I went to specialists for my TMJ for over a year with no results. They had told me there was nothing more they could do for me after endless muscle relaxers, shots, realignment of my jaw, even Botox, you name it. It wasn’t until I started at Bridge PT that I finally started to feel some relief. They were able to target the muscles in my face, neck, and shoulders and I was able to do more exercising with less pain, I sleep better, and my life is overall better. And that’s not even to mention the nicest humans that work here. Their professionalism, skill, and kindness puts them as the best physical therapy office I’ve ever been to. 10/10 would recommend.

I can say that what they practice brings results.

I’m 34 and I have been suffering from headaches for nearly 15 years. I’ve tried nearly everything there is, from pain medication to homeopathic medicine, nothing really helped. I’m also on medication for mood stabilizers. Which in it of itself causes headaches. I thought I was doomed for a lifetime of headaches, which grew in intensity and duration.

In desperation, I reached out to a friend from work and she told me about Bridge Therapy so I decided to try it out.

From the moment you step in, you feel a sense of belonging and value. The therapy they provide is customized according to your specific needs and conditions. They take into account your history and implement techniques that fix the root of the problem. I can say that what they practice brings results. They’re like miracle workers. The staff there are some of the best people I’ve ever meet professional or otherwise.

I have been to a few Physical Therapy places, and this one has helped me the most. The staff is amazing. They listen and respond to my concerns immediately. I am given exercises to help strengthen where I am weak, and treatment to help relieve areas that are sore.

They encourage, but never force.

I found out about Bridge PT from my husband, who was going after his ankle reconstruction surgery. My husband was and still is seeing GREAT results!

I have to go to PT regularly because of my chronic illness (rheumatoid arthritis) and a spinal issue that I have. I’ve been to several different medical facilities across the country and have never been to one that shows the amount of compassion, knowledge, and professionalism Bridge PT employees show.

I don’t feel uncomfortable saying when an exercise doesn’t feel right + the staff are quick to adjust that day’s plan to how I’m feeling. They encourage, but never force.

My husband is active duty and one of the only reasons I dread leaving Hill AFB is knowing we won’t have Bridge PT any longer. They have become family!
