As a Physical Therapist, you’ll serve as a healthcare leader within the team, using your clinical expertise to assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of high-quality care. Your work will directly support patients on their path to recovery while contributing to a collaborative environment where clinicians can do their best work.
Your day-to-day work will center on comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment, patient education, and ongoing progress monitoring. You’ll provide hands-on treatment according to established plans and adjust care as patients progress toward their goals. Collaboration is an important part of the role, and you’ll work with other healthcare providers to support a holistic approach to patient care.

Bridge Physical Therapy works toward greater efficiency in documentation and administrative tasks so you can spend more time helping patients. This position is primarily focused on orthopedic patients. Experience with orthopedic conditions is preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and contribute. Compensation:
- $70,000 – $90,000 per year.

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
