Mandy is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant. Mandy chose this path as she was a college athlete and wanted to stay in touch with the athletic communities. Mandy has worked for local area high schools, physical therapy clinics, volunteered with club and semi-professional sports teams and worked for the United States Air Force as the Fitness Program Manager at Ramstein Air Base, Germany monitoring 10,000+ military members’ physical fitness. Mandy was also adjunct faculty at Missouri Western State University in the PTA department. She truly enjoys when a patient has the “aha” moment and understands the “why.” Mandy is a proud United States Air Force (retired) spouse and mom living in the beautiful Ogden Valley. After traveling the world for 20 years, they chose Huntsville for its peace, beauty, unlimited outdoor recreation opportunities and proximity to Hill Air Force Base. Mandy and family stay busy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, glamping and bucket-listing.
Mandy is a Certified Athletic Trainer, she is certified in Graston Technique instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, she has RockTape certifications in FMT Movement Specialist, Blades and Kinesio-taping, Assessment and treatment of the golf athlete, CrossFit Mobility Level 1, Equine Fascial Mobility, and completion of cupping and body tempering seminars.
