Sadie is a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health settings. She has a special interest in treating patients with back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. Whether working with children, adults, or seniors, Sadie is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. She integrates mindfulness techniques into her treatments, empowering patients to manage stress, build awareness, and foster long-term healing. Originally from Bountiful, Utah, Sadie now lives in Layton with her wife and dog. She enjoys spending time with them, playing guitar, writing songs, and going on nature walks, when she is not helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Sadie has training in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace and is certified in Graston Technique instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
