Nicole Gray
(PT, DPT)
University of Puget Sound, Doctor of Physical Therapy
University of Utah, BS Chemistry, Emphasis in Mathematics
Nicole grew up in Ogden, where her introduction to physical therapy began following a shoulder injury sustained during her time playing tennis for Ogden High School. While her initial exposure to physical therapy sparked interest, it wasn’t until years later, during her pursuit of a chemistry degree at the University of Utah, that Nicole took an anatomy course and became fascinated with the human body and how it works. She was captivated by the way physical therapy combines a deep understanding of the human body’s mechanics with exercise—a concept that resonated deeply with her experience as a Pilates instructor. This led her to decide to further her education in physical therapy.
Nicole earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, in 2020. Though she thoroughly enjoyed her time in Washington, she always knew she would ultimately return to her roots in Utah, as her time away gave her a deeper appreciation for the many benefits this beautiful state has to offer.
When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog, as well as with her parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews. She loves staying active through pickleball, Pilates, swimming, and biking, and is always up for a good concert or a trip to a local nursery to browse their houseplant selection. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new places, with a special affection for discovering the natural beauty of Utah—from Lake Powell all the way up to Bear Lake.
Nicole has been working in outpatient physical therapy since 2021 and is certified in dry needling. As a lover of learning and people, she is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, with a focus on empowering them through education, exercise, and evidence-based care. She is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to each patient, combining her love for anatomy and movement to help them feel their best.
